Q02 — What's your fee?

Q03 — What do I have to do?
Provide keys, maintain insurance with an STR rider, and approve expenses over $200. That's it. We handle guests, bookings, cleaning, pricing, and reviews.
Q04 — How long is the contract?
12 months with 60-day termination notice from either party. No early termination fees.
Q05 — Is my property insured?
We carry $1M liability insurance. AirBnB provides up to $1M property damage protection. We also help you set up your own STR insurance rider during onboarding.
Q06 — How fast can I be live?
Most properties are live and accepting bookings within 2–3 weeks of signing. Walk-through, photography, listing, and pricing setup all happen in week one.
